The prize for the best director went to filmmakers Runar Runarsson, for his film titled 'Volcano,' and Constantin Popescu from Romania, for his film titled 'Principles of Life.' at the Official competition at The Transilvania International Film Festival (TIFF) held in Cluj-Napoca, Romania and established by Romanian Film Promotion.
TIFF was recently accredited A - List Festival Status by the FIAPF (International Federation of Film Producers Associations). That underlines the importance and the effect that the festival has in the festival circuit.
